B. Miles is committed to providing a professional service which is responsive to the needs of its service users. Any woman who wishes to make a complaint may do so without fear of losing access to the agency's accommodation, services and support.
Complaints can be made by contacting either: a member of staff, the Coordinator, the Chairperson of the Management Committee or the Community Services Commission.
