In partnership with the Women’s Housing Company, B. Miles has 2 flats in the inner west of Sydney. As the Women’s Housing Company is the landlord, these two flats operate a little differently to our stock in the eastern suburbs. We can encounter problems resulting from the shared nature of some of our housing stock. This often results in us having vacancies when our tenants cannot, for a range of reasons, live with others.
