Our staff

B. Miles employs:
1 Coordinator, full time;
3 Support Workers;
1 Administrative Officer, full time;
and 1 bookkeeper, part time.

As B.Miles is a non-Government organisation, the staff are accountable to a Management Committee. While the Coordinator is responsible for managing the service on a day-to-day basis, she and all B.Miles Staff are accountable to the Management Committee. The Management Committee is responsible for; ensuring that B.Miles operates within the program guidelines, financial expenditure, internal policies and procedures; staffing matters and ensuring that B.Miles meets all its legal requirements.
