B.Miles Women's Housing Scheme provides medium term, supported accommodation for women without dependent children who have a mental illness.
We have the capacity to house a maximum of 28 women. B Miles is funded through the Supported Accommodation and Assistance Program (SAAP), NSW Department of Community Services. Our program guidelines stipulate that we provide accommodation for a 12 month period. In special circumstances, B.Miles can extend this to 18 months.
The main goal of our service is to provide our tenants with the opportunity to develop the skills and confidence to live independently in the community.
